This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Audrion (“Audrion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use our Site, interact with our marketing, apply for a job, or use our products and services (the “Services”). - Visit or interact with our Site or social pages.
- Receive our emails, ads, calls, or texts, or attend our events/webinars (“Marketing Activities”).
- Use the Services as an individual customer or as an authorized user of a business customer (“Service Users”).

4) When we act as a processor
For data we process on behalf of your organization in the Services, your organization controls that data. To exercise privacy rights for that data, contact your organization. We will assist them as required by law.
5) How we share Personal Data
We don’t sell Personal Data for money. We share it as needed to run our business:
- Affiliates for support, operations, and internal business purposes.

Types of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary – required for the site to function (cannot be switched off).
- Preferences – remember choices like language or region.
- Analytics – help us understand how the site is used and improve it.
- Advertising – personalize and measure ads (where applicable).
Your choices
- You can manage non-essential cookies any time via our on-site Cookie Settings (link in footer) and through your browser controls. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality.
- Some browsers offer Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track (DNT) signals; where legally required and technically feasible, we treat supported GPC signals as an opt-out of certain data sharing.
- In regions requiring consent (e.g., EEA/UK), we only set non-essential cookies after you accept them. You can withdraw consent at any time in Cookie Settings.
Retention
- Cookie lifetimes vary by type and purpose. Session cookies expire when you close your browser; persistent cookies stay until their set expiry or until you delete them.
7) Social media & third-party tech
Our Site/Services may link to or integrate with sites and services we don’t control (e.g., social platforms, embedded tools). Their data practices are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before sharing information with them.
8) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Personal Data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use strong passwords and notify us of any suspected unauthorized use.
9) Retention
We keep Personal Data only as long as needed for the purposes described here (or as required by law, to resolve disputes, and enforce agreements). Retention periods vary by data type and context. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
10) International transfers
We may store and process Personal Data in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. We take steps designed to protect Personal Data in line with this Policy and applicable laws. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards or obtain consent.
